Emily joined Slingshot in January 2026. She brings a strong background in human resources, project management, and organizational leadership, with a focus on building healthy workplace cultures and effective systems.
Prior to joining Slingshot, Emily worked as an HR Consultant managing the full employee lifecycle—including benefits, payroll, hiring, training, and compliance—while advising leaders on policy, employee relations, and internal communications. Earlier in her career, she held senior retail leadership roles, where she built and managed high-performing teams that consistently exceeded operational goals.
Emily is known for her organization, relational leadership style, and ability to navigate complex situations with clarity and care. She holds a B.A. in Arts and Humanities from Harding University, with a special focus in Art History.
