Mark’Quest joined Slingshot in June 2025. Prior to joining Slingshot, Mark’Quest served as a graduate researcher at the University of Memphis, where he focused on the intersection of health equity and community-based solutions. Mark’Quest is passionate about ensuring communities have access to the resources, data, and opportunities that lead to improved well-being and quality of life.

Mark’Quest holds a Ph.D. in Epidemiology from the University of Memphis, master’s degrees in Public Health from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University and in Biomedical Sciences from Troy University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Columbus State University.
